" " Increasing tension and stress in the air we breathe in lead me to work for the future we are going to live. For the next generation who will shape the world. Being the part of Millennium Fellowship I think I can start something which might take time but will be a big change for the society and people. It will help me to grow as well as others like me to recover from the generational, societal and social traumas. It will surely help all of us to lead a happy life." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Mindleap Pakistan

Mindleap Pakistan aims to provide free therapy to everyone around the country and promote tele therapy for people in far away areas. It's a project to make this society stress free and make mental health available for all.
My target audience is mostly youth, teenagers, married couples, young people, parents, employees, and everyone who wants to take therapy and resolve their mental health issues. During the Millennium Fellowship I introduced my project and started working on it. For that I contacted with some psychologists who agreed to volunteer for my project and provide free therapy to clients. Clients were suffering from anxiety and traumas. They didn't afford therapy but because of Mindleap Pakistan they addressed their problems and resolved it. Clients showed 85% recovery for free. Moreover I arranged webinar in my hometown Mianchannu in Aspire college. Where a psychologist Fayaz Ahmad taught students how to deal with teenage problems and how to look forward to next life and live a happy life. Students showed very good reviews about it and most importantly they acknowledged that someone guided them about the basic problems of life which no one usually address. And now to move forward I am planning to make a platform through which clients can connect with their therapists and convert this project in a shape of agency, register my agency, through which we will provide therapist a source of income and clients free therapy through donations and investments.
