" What drives me and enthusiastically to participate in the Millennium Fellowship is my longing to see new ideas from all over the world and motivate these ideas, which increases my understanding and the way I think about things and increase my passion and open new horizons for me, which helps me and helps me in this path "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Suha360
Suha 360 is an innovative national student-led health initiative that aims to transform the culture of medical education, community health engagement, and research impact in Libya.
The project redefines health as a 360-degree ecosystem that integrates clinical care, public health, environmental safety, mental wellbeing, digital health, and social responsibility—all driven by youth leadership and scientific excellence.
Born from the observation that medical education in the Arab region remains highly theoretical and disconnected from community needs, Suha 360 emerged as a movement that positions the medical student not just as a future doctor, but as a community leader, researcher, and change-maker.
About the Millennium Fellow
Omar Al Ramadan, a dedicated medical student and teacher, has witnessed the devastating effects of neglecting health in various aspects of life—work, lifestyle, and beyond. Seeing loved ones and his community suffer due to preventable health issues deeply troubles him. This experience has fueled his determination to create positive change. With a vision of raising awareness and promoting healthier living, Omar aims to inspire others to prioritize their well-being, believing that informed choices today can shape a healthier and stronger future for everyone.
