United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Stress and Mental Health among Students

Stress and mental health among students is an initiative that recognises the impact of mental health on the lives of students and how it affects their academics. It focuses on identifying factors that affect the mental health of students and proffering solutions to reduce the negative impact on their academics

About the Millennium Fellow

Gbadeyan Adeola Praise is a bright, young 5th year medical student at the Benjamin Carson College of Health and Medical Sciences. Born in Nigeria where she also resides, she studies Medicine and Surgery at Babcock University, Ilishan-remo, Ogun state, Nigeria. With a drive and passion to serving others, servant leadership and team spirit, Adeola has always been passionate about volunteering and being involved in activities that reach others. Although an introvert, she pushes herself to face her fears and lead young people like herself in church and other association. Adeola aspires not only to be a medical doctor but a life-changing one, one who touches lives and provide her own contribution in the development of the United Nations' sustainable goals.
