" I am a STEMINIST! This has led me to volunteer to advance female participation in technical tech roles. In addition to this, I am an advocate for indigenous languages and cultures. Being a Millennium Fellow means being held accountable to put my plans for the things I love into action while sharing my experiences and knowledge with my co-fellows. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: KineticHers

This project will create a sustainable pathway for girls in STEM, ensuring that projects initiated during competitions like Technovation continue beyond the challenge. It combines mentorship, partnerships, training, and advocacy to empower young women to thrive in technology and entrepreneurship.
I got 10 girls from Babcock High School to Participate in the Technovation Challenge. So far, I have talked to them about the SDGs, and had them ideate and pick out a problem to solve using Technology in their community.
