With a solid foundation in research, strong writing skills, and hands-on experience in health promotion, I'm committed to using every opportunity to make health information accessible, relatable, and actionable. Whether it is helping others see the real-world value of a public health degree, breaking down complex concepts, or crafting content that informs and inspires. I believe that public health is everywhere, not just in hospitals or research labs, bu in policy, education, communication, and everyday decisions.
