Millennium Fellowship Project: VALUE ADDED LEADERSHIP
My project for this fellowship is Value-Added Leadership, an initiative under Potter’s Clay Leadership Academy—a faith-based leadership academy dedicated to empowering young adults as empathetic leaders. Through unique approaches such as love languages, temperament analysis, and purpose discovery, we emphasize uncommon but essential areas of leadership development that shape character, empathy, and vision.
About the Millennium Fellow
Olorunwa Barnabas Alalade (“Pastor B.”) is a gospel minister, visionary leader, medical missionary, and mentor with two decades of impact. A B.Sc. Microbiology graduate of Adeleke University and PGD holder from Babcock University, he pastors SDA Rehoboth Assembly and founded Potter’s Clay Leadership Academy. He is Pioneer & Current National Alumni President of Adeleke University Alumni Association, Vice-President of AMAN, Deputy Chief Justice of BUAMS, and past president of AUSA & NAMS. He has led capital projects, mentored hundreds, and organized 20+ medical outreaches nationwide.
