" Passion, dedication, and a sincere intention to create meaningful change drive my work. Being a Millennium Fellow excites me because it offers a platform to collaborate with like-minded change makers and amplify the impact of my initiatives. The Fellowship will help me strengthen my leadership, advocacy, and strategic skills, enabling me to advance the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through my volunteer work and community engagement. I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute solutions with good intention, empowering youth, promoting social justice, and fostering sustainable development in my community and beyond. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Seeds of Change
My project focuses on raising climate change awareness among underprivileged children studying in street schools. Through interactive sessions, activities, and simple educational materials, the aim is to make complex environmental issues understandable and relatable for young learners.
Measurable Goals (Aug–Dec 2025):
- Conduct at least 10 awareness sessions in different street schools.
- Reach and educate 300+ children on climate change and sustainability.
- Distribute eco-friendly learning kits (posters, flashcards, and activity sheets) to reinforce lessons.
- Encourage children to adopt at least 2 eco-friendly practices (e.g., waste segregation, planting trees).
