" Passion for creating a sustainable future through social change drives my work and vision. Being a part of the Millennium Fellowship will allow me to align my efforts with UNAI Principles, and gain meaningful exposure, and enhance my skills. I am excited to use this opportunity to become more competent, creative, and impactful in addressing and solving local and global challenges. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Seeds of Change
Our project, "Seeds of Change," aims to educate primary school kids from marginalized communities on climate awareness and sustainable ethics through fun, weekly workshops. These include engaging games, quizzes, and drawing activities with personal pledges, followed by seminars on daily eco-friendly habits and rewarded quizzes (e.g., toys, chocolates). Led by young university students as emerging leaders, it's funded by local communities and corporations to foster long-term environmental impact and inclusive participation. During the Millennium Fellowship, which ran from August to December 2025, my project "Seeds of Change" made significant strides in empowering primary school children from marginalized communities with climate awareness and sustainable ethics through fun, interactive workshops. However, we did not achieve the goal of targeting hundreds of kids and collecting 2.5 lac rupees. What could have improved was the strategy and the team coordination.
