" "I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because change begins where we stand. Every life touched, every mind enlightened, and every community strengthened is a step toward a healthier, more sustainable world. I believe in the power of grassroots action because even in the face of crisis, small acts of courage and compassion can grow into movements of hope." "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Creative Health and Community Wellbeing Project
This project is a Creative Health Initiative designed to strengthen emotional resilience, healthy coping, and social connection among vulnerable communities in Bamenda. Through expressive arts such as drawing, music, movement, and poetry, the project provides safe spaces for self-expression, healing, and confidence-building for orphans, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups. The initiative directly advances SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education through creative learning), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities by promoting inclusion), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals through community collaborations).
