Millennium Fellowship Project: EduaImpact Initiative

This EduImpact Initiative seeks to educate and empower students to make informed career decisions, effectively navigate university systems, and maximize their time in school through skill-building and practical engagement.
In addition to personal development, the project emphasizes environmental consciousness, teaching students about responsible plastic waste disposal and recycling as part of building a sustainable future.
It also addresses the aspect of proper menstrual care.
Its objectives is to, guide students in identifying and pursuing the right career paths. Train them to access and utilize university opportunities and platforms effectively.
Equip them with practical skills to create personal and community impact.
Promote environmental sustainability through education on proper waste management and recycling.
Promote proper menstrual health through sensitization. This is to be done through awareness through flyers and social media campaigns, capacity-building trainings and webinars, one-on-one mentorship and peer learning sessions, environmental education and community recycling drives.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ebenezar Tanko Fai is an innovative ICT educator, entrepreneur, and youth mentor with a strong passion for technology-driven education and skills development. Born and raised in the North West Region of Cameroon, Ebenezar has dedicated his career to empowering young people through ICT, soft skills, and creative entrepreneurship.
He is the Founder and CEO of Believe Incorporation, a dynamic enterprise comprising three core divisions: Believe Printhouse (a professional print house specializing in graphic design and high-quality printing services), a Clothing Brand (producing branded apparel and creative fashion designs), and Believe Hub, an educational and innovation center dedicated to ICT training, soft skills development, and youth empowerment programs. Through Believe Hub, Ebenezar has successfully trained and mentored over 150 young people in digital literacy, graphic design, and employability skills, preparing them for the competitive 21st-century job market.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Ebenezar is an experienced educator who served as an ICT Teacher at Christ The King Evening School in Bamenda from September 2024 to June 2025. In this role, he delivered comprehensive lessons on computer literacy, productivity tools, and basic programming, integrating practical sessions and project-based learning to enhance students’ digital competence. He is also a Youth Mentor with Oppnergy since April 2025, where he supports young people in leadership, career guidance, and personal development.
Ebenezar is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology at the University of Bamenda (ENSET). His academic background is complemented by numerous professional certifications and fellowships, including the YALI RLC West Africa Fellowship, the Young African Professional Fellowship, and the Youth Development Fellowship, among others. He has also completed specialized training in Effective Leadership, Presentation Skills, and Success Mindset through the HP LIFE Foundation, as well as Android Development Basics through Google Developer Group Bamenda.
As a visionary leader and passionate advocate for quality education, Ebenezar has participated in multiple youth development conferences and tech leadership programs across Cameroon and internationally. His work focuses on promoting digital inclusion ,entrepreneurship, and skills development as powerful tools for economic growth and societal transformation.
Through his initiatives and professional engagements, Ebenezar Tanko Fai continues to inspire and equip young people with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in an increasingly digital and competitive world.
