About the Millennium Fellow
Nembo Joshua Ntsou is a dedicated student at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Bamenda, specializing in Nursing and Midwifery. He is also an entrepreneur, demonstrating significant growth and development in the field of entrepreneurship. Joshua advocates for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 3, and 4.
As a healthcare student, he promotes health through his professional training and medical supply services. As the founder of NBA (NEMBO-BUSINESS ASSOCIATE), he bridges the gap between manufacturers and end-users of medical equipment. In addition to his entrepreneurial efforts, Joshua serves as a Biology tutor at MIA Prepa, where he prepares students for competitive entrance exams to state universities in Cameroon. He leads an admission guidance WhatsApp group with over 300 students, helping high school graduates navigate their university applications and choose the right career paths.
Joshua is a mentor and leader to many in both medical and entrepreneurial circles, inspiring others with his drive and determination. This year, he was recognized as the Best Group Leader during a classmate recognition award, having served as a sports coordinator for both his class and department, as well as an assistant class coordinator and community/clinical internship team leader. His leadership extends to the faculty level, where he has taken on the role of Financial Secretary for the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Bamenda for the 2024/2025 academic year. As he often says, "The future is bright." 😎
