" My motivation has been that through empathy-driven technology, communities can be elevated with the potential to reshape lives. As a Millennium Fellow, you will have access to platforms where you can develop the synergy between innovation and impact: as well as to join wreckers who share the belief that change should not only be inclusive but disruptive. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Resurge: Building Flood Resilience in Bangladesh

The Construction of resilience and empowerment among vulnerable communities is a twin project called Project Resurge and Project Uplift of Team Retrieve Bangladesh. Project Resurge targets affected areas of the floods, working to bring relief, educate people about climate issues and offer permanent housing solutions that are community-based. Project Uplift enables poorer youth to bridge the digital divide by offering them free tech and creative skill-building workshops to enable them access better career opportunities. These projects combine humanitarian aid with digital empowerment together in an effort to build a future where communities in Bangladesh will become crisis resilient, innovative, and be dignified and self-reliant.
