Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Amra

Project Amra is a youth-led social initiative dedicated to expanding access to quality education and essential knowledge among underprivileged communities in Bangladesh. The project focuses on climate education, foundational learning support, and awareness-building among children and families who often lack access to reliable educational resources. By collaborating with organizations such as One Earth Initiatives, Project Amra integrates climate-focused lessons, environmental awareness, and practical learning activities into community-based programs.
Our work includes organizing learning camps, delivering climate literacy modules, providing educational materials, and conducting awareness sessions on health, hygiene, and sustainability. Through these activities, Project Amra aims to reduce the education gap, empower families with knowledge, and inspire young people to take an active role in community development. The initiative envisions creating long-term, systematic change by promoting education as a tool for resilience, sustainability, and social transformation.
