" “Solidarity and networks, strengthened by a program that recognizes student leadership, fuel my aspiration to unlock women’s potential and confidence. The Millennium Fellowship is a defining step in my path, deepening my commitment to creating inclusive spaces where young women rise as leaders. I am excited to collaborate with the diverse Class of 2025, combining our strengths to be more impactful together than individually. Ready to drive lasting global change, advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals!” "
Millennium Fellowship Project: SheLeads: Unlocking Potential
I founded a Women in Business Club at CEU which is committed to empowering university women to reach sustainable success in career prospects through professional, academic, and personal growth. On this basis, my project SheLeads: Unlocking Potential consisted of a one-day conference that connected university females with experienced female professionals from multiple fields who shared valuable insights on how to navigate career journey (through panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and practical coaching.) The event aimed to equip young women with tools to step into leadership and shape their professional futures with confidence. By championing empowerment from the very beginning of their career journeys, it opens doors to meaningful opportunities and sustainable employment. Rooted in UNAI Principle 3: Education for All and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 5 on Gender Equality and Goal 8 on Decent Work and Economic Growth. The initiative not only supports women in pursuing their ambitions across diverse fields but also builds a vibrant, lasting network of solidarity and support among women across Vienna’s campuses. This is an ongoing project since conferences, workshops, and activities with this same aim will continue to occur at CEU through the Women in Business Club, which I founded on September 2025 and will continue to develop. The Millennium Fellowship inspired me to create a Conference event but also continue with the impact through a clubs foundation with the same aims.
