Millennium Fellowship Project: Let's Intersect - Understanding Global Justice

Let’s Intersect: Understanding Global Justice is an online short course created to educate and engage high school students on urgent global issues such as climate justice, gender inequalities, the impacts of colonialism, through an intersectional lens. The project emerged from our shared desire to create an accessible, inclusive, and intercultural space where young people can critically reflect on the world around them and begin developing the tools necessary to participate in global justice conversations. Rooted in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the UNAI principles, the initiative seeks to empower youth through education while encouraging dialogue across differences.

About the Millennium Fellow

Patricia Isabel Mittler is a PPE Student at the Central European University in Vienna. She is interested in Economics and Political Research. During her time in high school she experienced different ways in which girls are discouraged from STEM careers or other more competitive working environments. Her goal is to contribute to a more equal academic and economic environment by inspiring generations, which are often discouraged by systemic influences.
