" I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness and connection. Through my work with Mentally Prepare, I aim to create safe, accessible spaces where conversations about mental health are normalized, empowering individuals to care for their minds as much as their ambitions "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Healing
I’m developing Mentally Prepare, a platform focused on student mental health, providing a space for open discussions, self-care resources, and expert-backed guidance. Students have been finding it hard to cope with mental health issues, however, there is not enough support, Mentally Prepare seeks to ease this gap. Currently, I’m in the research and development phase, curating resources and exploring AI integration for interactive engagement. The aim is to develop a protective, stigma-supportive, microcommunity2 that allows students to talk, learn and receive evidence-based psychological support. My goal, through the Millennium Fellowship, is to refine and scale up this program, work with experts, and amplify the program's impact on student well-being.
