Millennium Fellowship Project: DREAMS Intervention Program
DREAMS Intervention Program (DIP) is a not-for-profit wing under the LET US DREAM Organization. The founder of the Organization is Dr. Fr. Lijo Thomas. The initiative expanded rapidly, but its major turning point came in 2010 during his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of Louisiana, Monroe. Guided by Dr. Pauline Leonard of Louisiana Tech University, he began developing DREAM into a scientifically validated model. It focuses on intervention models to bridge school students to the community. College students serve as a significant link to connect these students to various aspects of the community.
