Millennium Fellowship Project: Policy Research Initiative for Gig Worker Rights
This project focused on researching the challenges faced by gig workers, particularly in areas of labor rights, social security, and fair wages. The initiative combined policy analysis with awareness campaigns to highlight gaps in existing frameworks and advocate for stronger protections. Through workshops, surveys, and digital outreach, the project aimed to empower gig workers with knowledge of their rights while engaging policymakers and the public in dialogue about sustainable reforms.
