" "My passion for bringing people together and creating positive change drives the work I do. Through the Millennium Fellowship, I hope to use my skills in event management, community engagement, and research to design projects that help both local and global communities. This experience will help me grow as a leader, work with people from different cultures, and create solutions that support the UN goals for a better future." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Click with Respect

My project is about making online spaces safer for women, starting with my own campus. A lot of people, especially women, face harassment and hate on social media just for being themselves—posting a picture, sharing an opinion, or even just existing online. I want to change that. Through this project, I plan to run awareness campaigns, host discussions, and create a space where students can talk openly about what online harassment looks like and how to stand up against it. I also want to help students understand how to protect their digital privacy and report abuse. My goal is simple: to make people think before they post something harmful, and to make women feel seen, heard, and supported online. Even if we start small, I believe this can create a ripple effect across the campus.
