Millennium Fellowship Project: Balanced individual-an asset and Trinetra
This fellowship project aims to psychoeducate school students and individuals about the basics and importance of mental health. The project focuses on creating awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting emotional well-being through interactive workshops, discussions, and activities tailored to different age groups.
The sessions will cover key topics such as understanding emotions, stress management, building resilience, seeking help, and breaking myths around mental health. By making psychological knowledge accessible and relatable, the project seeks to empower participants with coping skills and awareness of available support systems.
In the long term, the initiative hopes to foster a more empathetic, informed, and mentally healthy community, especially in regions where awareness and access to mental health education remain limited.
