" Driven by my deep passion for conservation and public policy, I began my journey with an internship at the World Wide Fund for Nature – India (WWF-India). I strongly believe that justice extends beyond human rights to encompass the welfare of animals, the environment, and the land that sustains us. I am committed to being a strong voice for wildlife and nature, believing wholeheartedly that they deserve the same dignity, respect, and protection that humans receive.
As a Millennium Fellow, I am excited to use this platform to advocate for the voiceless, amplify awareness, and work towards a future where human progress exists in harmony with the natural world "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Roots and Routes United

My initiative is centered on SDG 15 – Life on Land, with supporting efforts toward SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals. I aim to begin at the grassroot level, believing that big change starts small. My project will launch with a round-table conference involving peers from my university to discuss practical, campus-level actions for biodiversity conservation, combating land degradation, and protecting local ecosystems.
Following this, I will host an open mic with my fellow campus Millennium Fellowship members, which will be open to all students passionate about environmental protection, giving them a platform to share ideas, personal experiences, and creative expressions related to SDG 15. The session’s highlights will be shared across social media platforms to amplify reach and inspire a broader audience beyond campus.
To integrate SDG 17, I will organize online meetings with fellow Millennium Fellows from other campuses worldwide, exchanging insights to promote my initiative while learning about their SDGs. Through this collaboration, I aim to foster cross-campus partnerships, share resources, and create a network of young leaders united for sustainable change.
