Millennium Fellowship Project: Youth Life Beyond Drugs and Substance Abuse
The project youths life beyond drugs and substance abuse is an idea that aims to liberate our youths from the slavery that this drugs has brought into their life. This will be achieved by One enlightening the youths and general public about the human body systems and possible impact of every commonly abused drugs on the most essential organs. Secondly, a campaign to teach them on the economic impact of drug and substance abuse for example the amount of money they spend on buying those drugs, the amount of money they will spend in case of diseases as a result of drug and substance abuse And finally the project entails how the youths will be included in this great campaign towards a society free from drugs , counseling seasons and even possible get to know the possible reason why youths are getting into drugs and possible mitigation towards this causes. Eg incase of life challenges a possibility of creating a youth hubs where we will be meeting and chatting out issues together.
About the Millennium Fellow
Javan otieno is a young visionary man of age 22, Born and raised in homa-bay county for better part of his primary school education life and migori county for him secondary school life. Currently an agricultural education and extension student that awaits graduation in November 2025. As long as he can remember he has served as a leader in different capacity among his peers at home in church and in school and as been an inspiration to many through his leadership skills. This man is an all round, dedicated and designed towards innovation and fostering change in his community and especially matters that are impactful to the youths.the man I a team leader a team player and stands for what he believes is right with regard to the virtues and morals of our Africa society
