Millennium Fellowship Project: Staff Engagement and Appreciation Day
The Staff Engagement and Appreciation Day is designed to celebrate and support contract staff in the university, especially cleaners and security personnel. The event focuses on appreciation, health education, and providing simple, affordable tools that can make their daily work safer and easier. The project accomplished a lot by starting different innovations that helped humanity and supported the well-being of contract workers.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ighodalo Confidence Godwin is a student of International Relations at Covenant University in Ogun State, Nigeria. Growing up in a country rich in diversity, Ighodalo has been shaped by its varied history, cultures, and story. Motivated by a passion to transform the Nigerian and African narrative, she actively inspires the youth around her to embrace this vision.
Ighodalo brings together young leaders from various fields—including technology, science, art, and politics—to pursue this collective dream. She believes that youths can unlock innovative solutions to pressing global challenges. By providing platforms for young voices, Ighodalo fosters collaboration and creativity, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to a better future
