Millennium Fellowship Project: The Better Life Transformation

Just as the name suggests it'is a project that is aimed at bringing a better transformation of the lives in the community and its surroundings. Here we bring stakeholders from the community to form part of it's leadership, this helps in engagement from the grassroot levels hence, capturing at least 95 of the problems and solution. Our heavy focus has been in the environment, For example Iwas introducing an activity called "RE-GREENING OF MUHURU-GOT KACHOLA WARDS ",This project is mainly to bring back the old look of our community and put in practice measures that will lead to Sustainable Resource Use and Growth. Some of the practices I would wish to put to practice includes: 1) Engaging the Famer Management and Natural Resources (FMNR) stakeholders to help in creating awareness. 2) Creating Hot spots to be used as learning and research centres , this is mainly in the well doing neighbourhood farms . 3) Provision of resources to help and forester this project , this is through; Provision of seeds/seedlings, watering cans and pipes , water pumping generators to some areas and the green fencing nets.
