" When one realises the impending problems in the society and work towards making it into a better place, we not only resolve the societal issues but also become a better version of ourselves. We are the world we live in and the people whom we surround ourselves with, I honestly believe that spending time with people who share the same ideologies as me will provide me a better insight into how I can be a better version of myself. This program will also help me to hone my leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Healing Hearts
The Healing Hearts Project, is a dedicated outreach program focused on raising awareness about mental health and fostering a supportive environment for individuals facing mental health challenges. Recognizing the importance of mental well-being in overall health, this project is designed to empower communities with knowledge, resources, and empathy towards mental health issues. In our present society most of the people suffering from mental health issues but they are unaware about what to do and also the expense for consulting a psychologist is very high ,in a state like Kerala the state government doesn't provide psychologist service rather they provide psychiatric wing in the hospitals ,so this project aims to provide awareness about the mental health issues faced by all sections of the society and an effort to create a psychologist wing in the government hospitals. Currently I am collaborating the Project with Koodu Foundation. As a part of the project we organized awareness sessions and counselling assistances at various schools and colleges in association with National Service Scheme.
