" Passion and change is behind the drive for my actions in the society. I would love to see every child has equal opportunities be it socio-economic, political and others. Education is a great tool in achieving change that will impact the society. Therefore, every child must receive education if we're to create a better world. I, therefore, do this to offer opportunities to those children marginalized by the systems of the society to at least get education and be part of the society-change drive force . "

About the Millennium Fellow

Paul Nyondo, is a young but very passionate for change man. He is teacher by professional and studying degree in education- languages at Domasi College of Education which is under the University of Malawi in southern Africa. Throughout his school life,he has been overwhelmed by the social injustices students encounter to access meaningful education in his country Malawi. The challenges emanate from family poor economic backgrounds and poor leadership. After reaching secondary school, Paul had to create an initiative to solicit funds through a network of fundraising committees in the communities and performing charity works to support the students that were on the verge of dropping out of school. Until today, Paul is running non-profit organization on campus PARTNERS CLUB on campus that take care of school fees, upkeep and others school necessities for vulnerable and destitute students at Domasi College of Education. He wishes to expand his initiative to other colleges in the country when he gets enough leadership skills through vigorous trainings and enough fundings. Millennium Fellowship stands as only hope to impact the skills for him that will bring real impact to the society and a change everyone hopes for.
