" "Becoming a Millennium Fellow allows me to channel my passion for education, health, and sustainability into real-life community impact while connecting with a global network of change makers. I believe everyone deserves equal opportunities, and through technology and design, I aspire to create solutions that close gaps and empower communities worldwide." "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Challo
Challo is a community challenge app that helps people build healthy habits and connect through shared goals. It addresses the growing problem of declining mental well-being and motivation among students, who often struggle to stay consistent with positive routines like exercising, sleeping well, or taking screen breaks. Through social challenges, such as “Monthly exercise challenge” or “Early riser week”, users can join friends or campus groups, track progress with photo check-ins, and celebrate achievements together. By making wellness interactive and social, Challo promotes both physical health and emotional connection, generally supporting SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being. The initiative’s goal is to redefine not only self-care but also personal improvement as a collective experience, while strengthening community bonds.
