" Art has the power to inspire and connect people. With Genzish, my goal is to help young creatives turn their talent into opportunity. The Millennium Fellowship will strengthen this vision by giving me the skills and community to make a lasting impact. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: GenZish: Celebrating Creativity
Genzish is a youth-driven creative initiative that empowers young people to express themselves, share their perspectives, and inspire social impact through art. The project recognizes that many young voices go unheard and seeks to use artistic expression-visual art, digital media, performance, and storytelling-as a powerful tool for inclusion and dialogue.
Genzish offers a platform for creators of Generation Z, through curated challenges, collaborative art spaces, and online campaigns, to explore social issues, showcase their talent, and connect with like-minded individuals sharing an interest in creativity and change. The initiative brings out confidence, self-expression, and community-making, promoting values related to SDGs on reduced inequalities, quality education, and peaceful, inclusive societies.
Ultimately, Genzish seeks to make creativity among youth a catalyst for awareness, empowerment, and collective action.
