United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: EQUALITY in EDUCATION

The Equal Access to Quality Education Initiative is a community-based project aimed at reducing educational inequalities among children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project focuses on ensuring that every learner, regardless of gender, disability, socio-economic status, or geographical location has equal opportunities to access quality education and achieve their full potential.

My name is Viscount Nderitu, a proud Kenyan and a student at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. I am passionate about learning, personal growth, and building a strong foundation for my future career. As a young scholar, I value discipline, hard work, and creativity, and I strive to make a positive impact in every space I engage in.
