Millennium Fellowship Project: Samatva

Project Samatva is an initiative designed to support college students aged 18 to 24 in the Delhi NCR region who come from single-parent families. The project provides a compassionate, growth-oriented space where students can strengthen their emotional well-being, build community, and develop essential life and career skills.
The program offers a range of curated interventions, including:
Support group sessions that help students share experiences, find validation, and build resilience.
Expert-led speaker sessions on topics such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, navigating family dynamics, and personal growth.
Guided art-based sessions that use creative expression as a tool for self-reflection, healing, and stress relief.
Hard-skills training workshops focused on practical competencies that support academic success, employability, and independent living.
Project Samatva aims to help young people with skills such as balance and confidence, and helps them navigate the unique challenges of growing up in single-parent households.
