Millennium Fellowship Project: Arogya - Strengthening Mental Well-Being

"Arogya—Strengthening Mental Well-Being" is a project focused on addressing mental health challenges among college students and working professionals. We aim to identify key stressors, gaps in awareness, and barriers to seeking help through structured interviews and surveys. Based on our findings, we will implement impactful solutions, including expert-led mental health workshops and peer-support groups, By collaborating with psychologists, NGOs, and organizations, we will provide accessible resources and advocate for mental health-friendly environments in educational institutions and workplaces. Through this initiative, we strive to reduce stigma, enhance well-being, and create a supportive community where individuals feel empowered to prioritize their mental health.
