Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Elysium

I am a sophomore right now from India, one thing that has been neglected since long with the advent of industrial era and modern lifestyle is health. We have seen a high increase in health ailments like Diabetes, hypertension, obesity, depression, anxiety , etc. Ailments like these if neglected start a chain reaction which degrades the health even more. What I intend to do under Project Elysium is educating and equipping the school children (around class 8-10) about them and their effects, risk factors, causes and complications. Also I would update them every week about multiple researches related to health and lifestyle, for instance it has been found that toddlers today start speaking late due to the effects of microplastics (toys, food, milk bottles), anxiety leads to diabetes which itself can lead to cancer etc. If the younger children have enough knowledge about it I believe not only them but their family members and those after them will be more conscious about health and lifestyle. We will educate them about the lifestyle choices and we would also include female health in its something that's even more avoided. Through this we will have a healthier generation in future.
