UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT MOHAMMED HUMMAD, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.
Delhi Technological University | New Delhi, India | Advancing SDG 3 & UNAI 6

" Driven by a deep commitment to sustainability and social equity, I believe the Millennium Fellowship will give me the skills, network, and platform to expand ZeroWaste Solutions impact. By connecting surplus food with those in need and raising awareness on responsible consumption, I aim to contribute meaningfully to the UN’s Zero Hunger goal while fostering lasting change in my community and beyond. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Elysium
My project is Project Elysium, an initiative aimed at improving health awareness among school students, especially those in classes 8–10 from underprivileged backgrounds. With the rise of ailments like diabetes, obesity, hypertension, anxiety, and depression, we believe early education can break the cycle and create a healthier future generation. Our approach is hybrid (online + offline). We plan to engage 50–100 students through WhatsApp groups, and interactive Google Meets with health experts. To track impact, we will conduct quizzes, share certificates, and feature top performers on social media, creating motivation and recognition. The project covers essential topics such as lifestyle choices, mental health, female health, CPR, and first aid—knowledge often neglected in schools. By empowering young minds, we aim to ignite awareness not just in them but also in their families and communities, thereby fulfilling SDG 3: Good Health & Wellbeing
