" My drive to innovate in biotechnology stems from a deep belief that science should serve the communities that need it most. The Millennium Fellowship excites me because it will sharpen my leadership skills, expand my global network, and amplify my impact on sustainable, accessible health solutions aligned with the SDGs "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Health for All: Making Diagnostics Accessible
Our project, Health for All, serves communities in high-risk areas of Karachi. In these areas, thousands of people are at risk of dengue and HPV, many of whom have limited access to healthcare and awareness about preventive measures. In the first part of our work, we conducted two community awareness sessions to educate residents about these diseases and how to prevent them.
In the second part, we focus on providing rapid, low-cost diagnostic solutions for dengue and HPV, enabling timely detection and treatment for vulnerable populations, including children and low-income families.
