Millennium Fellowship Project: Yes to Longevity, No to Suicide

Yes to longevity, no to suicide is a mental health awareness program that aligned with the UN SDG 3.
It focused on enlightening adolescents and young individuals on mental wellness (which involves psychological, emotional and social well-being).
The project emphasized stress management with positive coping strategies, as poor stress management can lead to depression, suicidal thoughts.
The target populations was encouraged to speak to someone when necessary, knowing that suicide is never a solution to any problem but rather it's a way of transferring ones pain to others.
The project was carried out as seminars in four secondary schools reaching out to over 2000 students in total, and also an online webinar was held to reach out to University students and some working class within and outside the society.
