" I am very eager to contribute to sustainability in my community. I believe that young people, when equipped with the right knowledge, mentorship and resources, can lead powerful change for our planet. I am where I am today because mentors and peers believed in my ideas, encouraged my creativity, and gave me the space to grow. The constant support I have received from my loved ones and the experiences I've gained from various real-life circumstances have shaped my journey, from stepping into leadership roles for the first time. I aim to be someone who believes in and supports the dreams, talents and potential of everyone, helping them take action that not only transforms their own lives but also leaves a positive mark on the world. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering Lives Beyond Survival

Our project is dedicated to supporting underprivileged and homeless families by addressing both their basic needs and their long-term empowerment. We aim to provide food and clothing relief, ensuring that they have access to nutritious meals and warm clothes, especially during the winter. Beyond relief, we are committed to teaching practical skills in recycling and upcycling, enabling participants to transform waste materials into useful products that can be sold for income. Alongside this, we wish to raise awareness about basic human rights and share practical guidelines for maintaining a balanced diet within a small budget, helping families move toward healthier and more self-sufficient lives. Between August and December 2025, our measurable goals include cooking and serving through community kitchen days (once a month) and collecting and distributing over 100 pieces of clothing to families in need. We aim to train at least 15 individuals in recycling and upcycling skills, empowering them with sustainable income opportunities. To recognize their efforts, we wish to organize at least one product exhibition or sales event to showcase and sell items crafted by the participants. Additionally, we will host two or more awareness workshops focused on human rights and affordable nutrition. Finally, to ensure broad community involvement, we will engage at least 20 student volunteers in cooking, training and awareness activities, building a strong bridge of solidarity in the community.
