Millennium Fellowship Project: Sleep hygiene in medical students
well-being and functioning in medical practitioners. It targets medical students in general and aims to highlight the importance of healthy sleep practices. The goal of the project is to conduct research on the correlation between sleep hygiene and performance. So far, baseline reports on the sleep hygiene of medical students on campus have been collected, providing a foundation for further study and awareness.
About the Millennium Fellow
Maryam Abdulmojeed is a unique, charismatic and meticulous young woman. She currently studies medicine at Eko University of medicine and health sciences which she is very passionate about. She was born in Lagos, Nigeria to indigenous parents. Her interests are in societal change and wellness. She is currently undergoing Millennium Fellowship in line with Sustainable development goal 3.
