Millennium Fellowship Project: The Mind Clinic by Miwa Olugbore

The mind clinic is about creating awareness for mental health. Advocating for mental health awareness especially amongst women and medical students.
During the program, I hosted a medical outreach for pregnant women which comprised of taking their vitals, talking to them on their mental health issues regarding postpartum depression, anxiety, dissociative disorders after childbirth etc and how to handle them when they experience issues like that. I had a few house officers speak with them also to refer some to the appropriate psychiatrist and psychologists for their complaints.
