About the Millennium Fellow
Victoria Chidinma Ogoke is a dynamic and socially conscious leader dedicated to transforming lives through education and empowerment. Born and raised in Brazil to Nigerian parents, her cross-cultural journey was highlighted at the age of 11 in the Brazilian newspaper Correio Braziliense in the article “A Lendária História de Zarafa,” where she spoke about history, courage, and freedom. At 15, she migrated to Nigeria to connect with her father’s culture. There, witnessing stark educational inequalities inspired her to found the Doctcom project, which empowers young people with creativity, knowledge, and opportunity—envisioning a future where everyone can thrive and contribute to a more equitable world.
