Millennium Fellowship Project: Voices Unheard
Voices unheard tends to address the issues surrounding people not being able to speak up because of stigmatization. The project aimed at addressing reason why students should speak up whenever there's an issue and to also create enabling environment so others can speak up as well.
About the Millennium Fellow
Olatunji Abisoye Rachael is a compassionate young woman deeply passionate about helping others. Growing up in Nigeria and losing her father at an early age, she has experienced life’s challenges firsthand. Through the support of others during difficult times, she learned the value of empathy and community — and has committed herself to being that source of support for others.
She has volunteered with multiple NGOs, actively raising awareness about mental health and using her training as a medical student to assist people in need. Her heart for service is matched by her love for God, her entrepreneurial spirit, and her creative passions. Abisoye is the founder of Soye’s Scarf Emporium, a brand through which she expresses her love for fashion and business.
Currently on a journey of personal and professional growth, she attends events, learns new skills, and builds meaningful relationships and connections. Guided by faith, compassion, and determination, Abisoye strives to make a positive impact wherever she goes.
