Ultimately, the experience will help expand my impact in public health on my immediate environment. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Minds, Brighter Futures
Healthy Minds, Brighter Futures is a two-day health and personal development program carried out at Abolarin College, Oke-Ila. The project focused on strengthening students’ health awareness, teaching practical life-saving skills such as CPR and choking response, and introducing them to sustainable agriculture and antimicrobial resistance. Students also learned income-generating skills like liquid soap and air freshener production, participated in creativity-based activities, and received career guidance. The program concluded with the launch of a School Health Club and the training of Health Ambassadors for sustainability.
