" My passion for creating lasting change through community-driven initiatives drives my work. Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Generations Initiative
The Healthy Generations Initiative is focused on promoting the health and wellbeing of both pregnant women and children in my community. The project seeks to raise awareness on essential issues such as antenatal care, nutrition, immunization, hygiene, and child wellness, while providing simple and practical information that families can easily put into practice. Between August and December 2025, the initiative aims to organize two to three community health awareness programs, directly reaching about 100–150 participants, including expectant mothers, caregivers, and children. By collaborating with local health workers and student volunteers, the project will deliver targeted sessions that empower families with knowledge and skills to make healthier choices. In line with its name, the initiative believes that when children are educated on healthy practices, they not only benefit in the present but also grow up to pass this knowledge on to future generations, creating a cycle of lasting impact in maternal and child health.
