United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 60,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2025 on 7,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 290+ campuses worldwide (less than 5%) were selected to host the 4,500+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Yahooz Healthflux

Yahooz Healthflux is a health-focused initiative dedicated to empowering medical students and young healthcare professionals to prioritize mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Through a combination of online awareness campaigns, peer mentorship, workshops, and community engagement, the project addresses stress, burnout, and gaps in health education, equipping participants with practical strategies to thrive academically and personally. By fostering resilience, compassion, and informed self-care, Yahooz Healthflux creates a supportive environment that strengthens both individual wellness and the broader healthcare community.

About the Millennium Fellow

Farouk Yahuza is an Intelligent, young and highly competitive global Medical student at the Federal University Of Lafia (FULAFIA). He was born in Keffi, Nasarawa State - Nigeria. He currently resides in Lafia as he's studying there. He is a true, certified and patriotic citizen of his dear country (Nigeria). He has always been passionate about helping people and saving lives. He believes that's part purpose of his glorious existence of which he appreciates and solely depend on God to fulfill through him. That has been his drive since his high school days, when he was the senior prefect of his school and ensured that privileged was applied mainly into inculcating positive qualities into the individuals around him, and he still looks forward to doing more quality and capacity building with every opportunity and privileged he acquires.
Farouk aspires to take this drive to the next level in the future, equipping individuals with more positive qualities and subsequently contributing highly to the development of the United Nations' Sustainable Goals.
