UNITED NATIONS ACADEMIC IMPACT AND MCN PROUDLY PRESENT ABDUL MOIZ NISSOANA, A MILLENNIUM FELLOW FOR THE CLASS OF 2025.
Government College University Lahore | Lahore, Pakistan | Advancing SDG 1, SDG 6 & UNAI 3

" I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it gives me a chance to learn, grow, and work with others to create real change. I do this work because I believe every small effort can make a big difference in someone’s life. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Equity for Sustainable Development
The project was designed to support children who face basic but serious challenges like
poverty, illness, poor hygiene, unsafe drinking water and lack of education. This affects their
ability to live healthy, dignified and safe life. My focus was on SDG 3 (Good Health and Well
Being) because in my point of view health is the foundation of every opportunity. When
children remain unaware and uneducated about hygiene and nutrition, their dreams may shrink.
The main aims of this project are spreading awareness, engagement of children, interactive
activities involving parents, encouraging small and consistent habits that can lead to long term
development.
