" I believe education—especially technical education—has the power to transform lives and communities. As a Millennium Fellow, I am excited to collaborate with like-minded change makers to create lasting, practical impact. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Sunshine
I will be working on a project to teach students about the importance of technology for their future. Even if they don’t pursue a STEM career, understanding the basics of tech can help them stand out in any field. I believe every child should learn the technical skills that will help them stand out in their career, education, and earning potential. At the same time, I will focus on building their confidence and communication skills, an area where many students in Pakistan face challenges. Through one-on-one sessions and workshops, I will guide students in choosing the right career path, highlight opportunities, and teach them how to communicate effectively. Career counseling is essential in shaping a student’s future. In Pakistan, 99% of students lack proper career counseling and rely on informal sources. This lack of support impacts their decisions and future opportunities. By focusing on technology and soft skills, I aim to prepare students for the future, help them seize opportunities, and empower them to succeed in their careers.
