" Enthusiasm and optimism fuel my commitment to empowering women through career counseling and skill development. Being part of the Millennium Fellowship will allow me to collaborate globally, refine my leadership abilities, and turn my vision for HERSociety into impactful action. The skills and networks I gain will help me create opportunities for women from underprivileged areas, aligning my work with the UNAI principles and SDGs. I am excited to transform ideas into tangible change while inspiring others to believe in their potential. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: AspireHer

As a graphic designer for the ACM and Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador society at Government College University and someone from an underprivileged background, I know how the right guidance can change a life. With my parents support, I got the chance to study, but many women don’t. AspireHer is my way of giving back and helping others find their path. We will provide mentorship, hands-on experience, and career guidance through interactive sessions and real-world projects. Instead of just seminars, we’ll have career simulations where participants explore different professions. Men are also part of society and can support by mentoring, conducting mock interviews, and helping with resumes. AspireHer is about action, not just advice—giving women access, experience, and opportunities.
