" I believe meaningful change begins with informed action, and the Millennium Fellowship offers the platform to turn ideas into impact while learning from a global community committed to justice and equity. Through the fellowship, I will work to advance inclusive governance and amplify marginalized voices particularly subaltern communities by promoting access to quality education, empowering youth through knowledge, and creating spaces for their active participation in shaping policies that affect their lives. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Intersectional Empowerment for Justice and Climate Resilience
This project aims to connect with marginalized communities, especially with youth from caste, religious, and gender minorities, who often face overlapping layers of discrimination. Now we need to connect with them to raise awareness about legal rights and laws related to anti discrimination. Most important step towards equality goes through education only. So, some funding for education of marginalized communities from NGOs and other organizations. And other most debated topic in the world is climate change so we need to adapt and be resilient for our future needs. That's why adaptation and resilience for climate change is indispensable, now climate change affects more marginalized communities and especially Dalit and Adivasi women. So we need to work for them both online and offline that will highlight how climate change worsens existing inequalities, especially in access to education, clean water, safe housing, and healthcare. A key part of my approach will be identify youth leaders within these communities and train them. Through dialogue, training, and community involvement, this project aims to spark long term change by building informed, resilient, and empowered youth networks. My ultimate goal is to create a sustainable model that can be scaled and replicated across regions.
