" "I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers the chance to grow as a leader while collaborating with peers who share the same vision of advancing the Sustainable Development Goals. I do the work I do because I believe young people have both the responsibility and the power to create inclusive solutions that can shape a more just and sustainable world." "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Wealth Lab
Mental Wealth Lab is an initiative I founded to promote mental health awareness, resilience, and access to wellness resources among college students. Many students—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—struggle with stress, anxiety, and burnout but lack culturally responsive support systems. Mental Wealth Lab bridges this gap through peer-led workshops, digital journaling challenges, and storytelling campaigns that normalize mental health conversations on campus. Our goal is to equip students with practical coping tools, build a supportive community, and advocate for better campus wellness policies. By blending technology, education, and empathy, Mental Wealth Lab empowers young people to prioritize mental well-being as a key part of academic and personal success.
