Millennium Fellowship Project: A Journey of Mental Well-being
My project "A Journey to Mental Well-Being" is designed to support and enhance especially students mental health by focusing awareness, and emotional well-being. This initiative aims to create a safe and supportive environment where students can openly discuss their mental health, and develop strategies to fight academic and personal challenges. In our society, especially students suffer from mental problems. But they do not find the right way to solve those problems.My project will serve as a path for them, showing them how to break the stigma in a vulnerable society. Through the Millennium Fellowship, we engaged students in mental health discussions(in-person), reduced stigma, and encouraged positive coping strategies.
About the Millennium Fellow
Asmaul Husna is a bright student of Green University of Bangladesh.She was born in 2001 in a small town of Bangladesh,but truly she is the citizen of the world.Her spirit for social work and passion for the establishment of female rights and education,makes her distinct from others.This platform will help her to achieve her goal in these fields.
