" Knowledge is passed through communication and accumulated through experience. I am excited to connect with fellow participants to learn about their life philosophies, interpersonal skills, and how they translate their thoughts into action. More importantly, I look forward to supporting, and being supported by, these ambitious minds and determined spirits as we strive to conquer the impossible. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Transdisciplinary Academic Conference for Emerging Scholars 2027
The Transdisciplinary Academic Conference for Emerging Scholars (TRACES) is a student-led platform that empowers undergraduates to engage in academic research, present their work, and publish with recognition—all before graduation. The inaugural conference was a tremendous success, and we aim to expand this initiative to a larger audience while continuing our mission.
About the Millennium Fellow
Amber Wong is an undergraduate student at The University of Hong Kong, majoring in psychology. Her passion for understanding human behavior and leveraging this knowledge to improve society has driven her to pursue this field. As she continues to explore the intricacies of the human mind, she is determined to challenge the WEIRD bias commonly found in psychological research and enhance the representation of Asian communities in academia.
